26.11.2023. today and 2 years ago, in 2021 I had a gastric bypass . Sincere thanks to Ilva Urbanoviča and doctor Olegs Kozlovskis and the entire surgery department. I want to advise and encourage those people who are still thinking about losing weight - after the operation, the whole life starts again, if you can say so, and if you want to improve the quality of life, then don't wait long, but do it. Because I feel wonderful, all diseases and ailments have disappeared and most importantly, my energy has doubled. My weight is stable, nothing changes, the only thing I would recommend to everyone is to be active and exercise a little, so as not to jump into the old tracks, because physical activities are needed. And today Sigulda is as white and snowy as two years ago. My weight before was 88.7kg, now 60kg and SIZE 22 down to 10 THANK YOU, Weight Loss Latvia!
